‘Seats’ refers to the individual user accounts who can access and use our system at the same time.

Even if you add 10 users to the system, not all can log in at the same time. Seats determine how many users can access the system simultaneously, based on your plan.

Users refer to the total number of individuals who have an account, while seats indicate how many can access the system simultaneously.
